They can become that way…
They’ve been busted for possession, drunk driving, their mug shots are all over the tabloids… WHY don’t they just STOP drinking and taking drugs? My thoughts and observations as a Los Angeles based substance-abuse counselor and addict with 24 years of sobriety:
